How to link work profile procedures to the normal procedure on the work profile procedure entry screen?

Step 1: Go to the work profile entry Screen (see figure 2).

Step 2: Hold and tap onto the (b.) unlinked work profile procedures

Step 3: Pop up will appear, Select edit

Step 4: Select a procedure to link to the button.

Step 5: Select any normal procedures to link to.

Note: A linked work profile procedure when completed will appear on the Procedure Approval screen as opposed to the unlinked WP procedure that appears on the Work Approval screen.

What are the different types of procedures and how it flows through premier application?

There are two types of procedures that we normally enter via Ardex Mobile.

  1. Normal procedures

(See figure 1.) e.g. → Oxytocin, Dentist, Mare Served etc.

  1. Work profile procedures

(See figure 2.) - this can be further categorised into two types. → e.g. work profile procedures like NAC infusion, Ovuplant etc. and a work profile linked procedure like Ampicillin (Amp), Aceltasytine (NAC) etc.

Figure 1 shows the normal procedure entry screen where we are entering a normal procedure:

a. Oxytocin against the horse A bid in time. When we complete this procedure, it will appear on the Procedures Approval screen on the premier application.

Figure 2 shows the work profile procedure entry where we can see:

b. Unlinked work profile procedures, (normally represented by a blue colour on work sections and a green colour on the completed section):

If we complete the unlinked work profile procedures, it would appear on the Work Approval screen on premier application.

c. Linked work profile procedures, (normally represented by a purple colour on work sections and completed section.

If we complete the linked work profile procedure, it will appear on the Procedure Approval screen on premier application. Also, note that in this case a normal procedure that is linked to the work profile procedure will be displayed against the horse. For example, a Work Profile Procedure → Amplicilin (AMP) is linked to Oxytocin (a normal procedure), you’ll find the Oxytocin is entered against the horse on Procedure Approval Screen.
