When Ardex Mobile opens the home screen allows quick access to a list of Horses in Training or Spelling (Horses), details of Horse Owners, Suppliers, Contractors and other contacts (People & Firms), a list of Runners with Fields and Results downloaded as they generate (Runners), as well as providing access to some other commonly used features.

Most of the information stored in your Ardex Premier database can be accessed via Ardex Mobile with a few simple button presses. You can also use Ardex Mobile to enter data such as procedures and horse ownership changes. As you begin to use the App, navigating will soon become second nature.

Home Screen

On the home screen, press Horses to display a list of horses in your care, sorted by name. Alternatively you may search for a horse using Horse Search.

Horse List

Press the name of any horse to bring up the Horse Info Screen and access horse information, progress notes, voice recordings, procedure history, photos and videos stored against the horse and other relevant information.

Horse Info Screen

When viewing a horse at the bottom of the screen press Main, Notes, Procedures, Documents or More to navigate to relevant information stored for the horse. The More button will give access to Progress Voice Notes, Pictures, Videos and other functions depending on your setup preferences.

Using Filters

In Ardex Mobile, you can use filters while searching for horses to narrow down your search. To apply filters, once you are on the Horses screen, simply tap Filters, and select from the multiple options as shown on the screenshot below.

To filter by age, tap Age and then select from the options available.

The screen will now show you the horses that are 2 years of age.

Note: You can select multiple filters to get an even more specific result. To clear the filter(s) you applied, simply tap Reset Filter.
