The Documents tab in the Horse Info Screen gives access to images, videos, voice recordings and other files stored against a horse. It functions the same way as the Documents & Images tab in the Horse Info window in your Ardex Premier database.

Any files stored and listed can be easily and quickly attached to progress notes and sent to horse owners. Therefore to become proficient at creating and sending horse progress updates with photos, videos and voice recordings attached, you need to become familiar with the Documents tab, and how to upload files to a horse.

To open up the Documents tab, select a horse and go to “More” on the bottom right, then choose “Documents and Images”.

To add a new document, image, video or other file to a horse:

1. Click the “+” symbol on the top right of the window

2. Select “Choose Image from library”

3. Select a document, image, video or other file for upload

4. Enter an appropriate Title for the file then click OK
