After mutual acceptance, both members gain access to the other’s scheduling link. Scheduling links are required to use Arena to decrease ghosting and encourage actual meetings. You can then schedule a meeting via Google Calendar or Calendly through the platform; a calendar event will be created and the meeting will be updated in Arena.
