What should I do if someone ghosts me or misses a meeting?

Attempt to reschedule, then report repeated no-shows to support.

First message the member to reschedule via your scheduling link. If they do not respond or there are repeated no-shows, report the behavior to support@arenatalent.com with details. For repeat offenders, we may take further action.
