Follow the steps below to add a new field to your ARI to Slate Bio Import Source Format:

► Note: We'll use adding the field of Star Rating as an example throughout these instructions.

►Find and open your ARI to Slate Bio Import Source Format. Click on the Edit button:

► Click on the Format Definition tab:

► Add the additional line of XML code sent to you by the ARI team where instructed and click on the Save button:

► You won't be able to map the new field until the next data feed is received from ARI. Either wait until a data feed is received from ARI to move on to the next step, or ask the ARI team to send data.

►Click on Edit Mappings:

► Find the field that still needs to be mapped and click on it:

► Map the field to the corresponding Destination. If appropriate, click the Enable custom null handling checkbox. Click on the Save button.

► If the field requires Prompt Values to be mapped, click on Prompt Value Mappings:

► Click on the field for which you need to map Prompt Values and click on the Append Values button:

► Type or paste in the values you need to append and click on the Append button:

► Choose the corresponding Destination Values and click on the Save button:

🏁 Thats it! Let us know if you have any questions!
