5-Minute Email Send Delay Option

The 5-minute email delay gives you a short window to review or cancel emails after hitting send—helping prevent mistakes and giving you peace of mind.

How to enable the 5-minute delay

  1. Click the Email icon on the left-hand side of the screen

  2. Select Email Settings in the bottom left corner

  3. Toggle ON the 5-Minute Send Delay option

Once enabled, all individual emails will be held for 5 minutes before they are sent.

Special Note: This setting is not available for Mass emails.


What happens after you click send?

When you send an email, it will remain queued during the 5-minute delay period. This means you still have time to cancel it before it is delivered.


How to recall an email

  1. Click the Email icon on the left-hand side of the screen

  2. Click on the Sent box

  3. Select the email you just sent (it will be tagged as queued)

  4. Click the Recall button in the top right

  5. Confirm the Recall to permanently delete the email


Important note

  • If you do not recall the email within 5 minutes, it will be sent automatically after the delay period ends.
