Board View in the Grid: Convert Grid View Automatic Groups to Board View.

You can now change your autogroups from Grid View to Board View to create drag and drop cards for Recruits, Current Ahtletes, Alumni and other Contacts.

✅ Steps to Create & Use a Recruiting Board

  1. Create a Group

    • Start by creating a group.

    • Plan your structure based on how you want sections organized (e.g., star ratings).

  2. Add Filters

    • Add the Filters that make sense to narrow down your list.

  3. Convert to Recruiting Board

    • Click to convert the group into a recruiting board.

    • ⚠️ Note: This action cannot be undone.

  4. Set Board Sections

    • Choose a field to define your columns (e.g., star rating).

  5. Add Field Values as Columns

    • Either:

      • Manually select values, or

      • Use the pre-populate option to fill them automatically.

    • Click Save.

  6. Use the Recruiting Board

    • You now have your board with columns.

  7. Drag & Drop Functionality

    • Vertical movement → Changes visual order.

    • Horizontal movement → Updates the actual data (e.g., moving a candidate from 3-star to 2-star changes their rating).

  8. Quick Profile View

    • Click the pencil icon to open a side panel (flyout) instead of a new page.

  9. Customize Card Display

    • Choose which fields appear on each recruit card using column settings.
