Viewing Form Statuses

Coaches can now view student-athlete compliance form statuses directly from their sport account. This allows coaches to monitor form completion progress without needing compliance administrators to run and distribute status reports.

Overview

Instead of relying on reports from the Compliance Forms area, coaches can access form statuses for their student-athletes directly within their roster management area.

From a student-athlete's profile, coaches can:

  • View assigned compliance forms

  • See completion statuses for each form

  • Review forms from previous compliance terms

  • Identify athletes who may need reminders to complete outstanding forms

Accessing Form Statuses

Step 1: Navigate to the Athlete tab of the Grid

  1. Log in to your coach account.

  2. Open the Grid icon.

  3. Select the Athletes tab.

This will display your team's active roster.

Step 2: Viewing Forms

  1. Select any athlete from the current roster.

  2. Click the Forms tab within the athletes profile.

This information updates based on the student's activity in their Student Athlete portal.

Viewing Previous Compliance Terms

If a student-athlete has participated in previous compliance terms, coaches can:

  1. Use the compliance term selector.

  2. Choose a different term.

  3. Review form statuses from that period.

Note: The system always defaults to the current active compliance term when opening the Forms tab.

Summary

To view form statuses:

  1. Open the Current Athletes roster.

  2. Select a student-athlete.

  3. Open the Forms tab.

  4. Review assigned forms and completion statuses.

  5. Switch compliance terms if needed to view historical information.

This enhancement gives coaches greater visibility into athlete compliance progress and helps keep required forms up to date.
