In our newest update, Auto Groups allow for the automatic organization of athletes, allowing you to do your job quicker, easier, and more efficiently.
By setting a list of customizable filters, your athletes will be automatically added to an Auto Group if their information fits the groups criteria. Follow the steps below or watch our video tutorial located at the end of the article!
Step 1:
Head to your roster feed, and click + New Group.
Step 2:
Select the Auto Group option, and name your group. Click the Create button.
Example: "5 Star Athletes"
Step 3:
Click your newly created Auto Group to set the parameters.
Step 4:
Once in your Auto Group, click the filters button and select + Add filter. Choose the criteria you would like to filter by.
Example: 5 Star Athletes
Where: Rating = 5
Step 5:
Click Update Group, and then save.
Multiple Filters:
You can also add multiple filter criteria to an Auto Group to narrow your organization even more!
Example: 1-4 Stars NOT From Maryland
Where: Rating β€ 4
And: State is none of "Maryland"
Important information:
Not only can you customize your Auto Group filter criteria, but you can also customize the columns show per Auto Group as well!
Auto Groups are private to the user that created it, so every coach can have their own organizational approach.
