Feature updates to Recruit Grid, Athlete Profiles, Messages and More!

Roster Grid & Profiles 🏟

Bulk Interest Score

Interest scores will recalculate with bulk activity updates. Mark a group of recruits as open house visitors all at once, and watch those interest scores rise!

Create and Add New

When utilizing the quick add recruit feature, you'll now be able to keep the quick add open so you can easily add a handful of new recruits on the fly.

Athlete Profile Field Edit

Athlete profiles will once again feature an 'edit fields' option, so you can update fields directly from a profile page, rather than leaving to go to the settings page.

Extra Profile Updates

Social media links in an athlete profile header now open directly in a new tab.

'Stage' has moved up into the athlete profile header so you can easily track where a recruit is in the current cycle.

Group Focus

The creation of a new group in the roster grid will result in that group opening, so you can begin work inside.

Messages βœ‰οΈ

Auto Group Messaging

Mass messaging just got easier within the messaging section of ARI, with the ability to message auto groups. In addition, when scheduling mass messages for auto groups the query will update the number of records at the time of scheduled send.

Create Follow-up Tasks

When scheduling emails, a new option exists allowing users to add a follow-up task. For example, when you send out a visit confirmation message, you can set a reminder to get your info packet and name tags ready.

Extras 🎁

Multi-sport Priority

For our multi-sport users, the ARI Customer Success team can now set your team priority upon your request. This allows a user with access to multiple teams to choose the account they first access upon login.

Import by ARI Record ID

Record ID was added as an additional 'update records by' field in the import tool.

Custom Form Messaging

Form submission can now prompt a custom message, perfect for thanking a recruit for completing the form or to provide a schedule link for the recruit to check out an upcoming game.
