ARI allows two levels of team access: Admin and User. There are now some important differences between the roles for your team members. We encourage you to review team role assignments after reading the explanations below.
Users:
Users are able to utilize the texting feature to send individual and mass text messages. Users are NOT able to access any of the SMS Settings; therefore, they cannot add funds to the ARI account, purchase/assign new phones numbers, view Usage Logs, or view Payment History.
Admins:
Admins have full access to the texting feature and have the ability to perform all administrative SMS functions including adding funds, purchasing/assigning phone numbers, viewing usage logs, and viewing payment history.
How to assign or adjust roles:
Navigate to the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select Users.
Click on the row for the member you wish to adjust the role.
Click the X next to the existing role.
Click in the Role box and choose the new role.
Click Save.
Be sure that you are comfortable with the roles of each of your members and what that role means for their access to the texting feature.
