Within the new ARI Messaging feature, there are two inboxes where you can track conversations: My Inbox and Team Inbox. My Inbox displays messages sent from and to the phone number associated with your individual ARI login. The Team Inbox displays all outbound and incoming messages for all ARI phone numbers associated with your team.
When should I use My Inbox?
You should use MY INBOX when you are reviewing or responding to conversations associated with your ARI phone number.
When should I use the Team Inbox?
When you want to see conversations associated with other coaches on your staff. If your team chooses to use only one phone number for all communications, the Team Inbox houses all conversations.
