Introducing ARI Organizations, a new feature that will allow coaches to collect accurate information from recruits about their high school (or college) without the confusion of what specific high school the recruit attends (ex. which of the many Lincoln High Schools across the country a recruit attends).
With the release of Organizations, coaches will need to update their recruiting questionnaire to include the new high school collection field, while also removing the pre-existing High School data field from their questionnaire and begin preparing for migration of data that currently exists within ARI (as the pre-existing High School data field will eventually be sunset from the platform).
To utilize organizations, a user will go to the Organizations section in a recruiting profile and select 'Add Organization'.
The flyout on the right will allow the user to search for a high school/college by name, location, or CEEB Code (the CEEB [College Entrance Examination Board] Code is a unique identification number assigned to high schools and colleges by the College Board).
The benefit of being able to search name and location is in differentiating between schools with common names, for example, Lincoln.
Once the correct school has been selected, additional information about that school will be filled in automatically.
In the event a school is not listed, coaches can manually input information starting with the name of the school.
