Introduction of Organization Grid and Profiles

Profiles in organizations look like other profiles within ARI, and include information about the Organization, as well as Google Map functionality that includes the ability to click on the map and be taken to Google Maps to plan out directions for a recruiting trip

Organization profiles include a ‘Recruits Tab’ that will show users recruits who fall under different organizations (athletes and contacts tabs are also available)

Search feature added for Organizations, this will allow users to search the grid for high schools (and other organizations)

Organizations added to the ARI Grid and will function similarly to the athlete grid within ARI

Users can create auto groups within ARI Organizations

Columns can be modified in the new Organizations tab, including the ability to sort columns by clicking on the header

Added functionality to create custom organizations (ex. club teams)

Coaches will need to create additional Organization Categories to utilize this feature

Organizations are now able to be made ‘Required’ on users’ ARI Questionnaires

Users will now see ‘created’ and ‘updated’ dates when exporting student-athletes out of the ARI platform

Organizational information is now included in exports, including high school/university names and CEEB code

The ARI admissions integration with Slate will now check for Slate ID for incoming records if an ARI ID does not exist

Scroll bar added to the Unmatched Email area, and added functionality to add sender as a search option for Unmatched Email

When generating an API Key for email add-ins or SwimCloud integration, users will now pick what the key will be used for
