Most ARI clients are coming to the platform from another service and will therefore need to import their current recruit information into the ARI database. In order to ensure your data is imported correctly into ARI, we highly recommend that you work with our staff to perform the initial import of data. To securely transfer your recruit file(s) to the ARI team for initial import you can follow the walkthrough below:
Step 1: Navigate to the File Upload
Once logged into your ARI Team, navigate to the Settings Panel (Gear Icon). From the Data Management section, select File Upload.
Step 2: Upload the File
On the File Upload screen, click the "Select File" button and browse to the file you would like our Customer Success team to review. Once the file is attached and appears below the "Select File" button, hit "Upload" to upload the file to the ARI system.
