If you have attempted to log in to the ARI Student Portal and cannot successfully log in, below are some troubleshooting steps we recommend:
1/ Make sure you are attempting to login at https://sp.arirecruiting.com
2/ We recommend logging in on a computer as opposed to a mobile device. We recommend using the Google Chrome web browser.
3/ Is your browser Updated? In Google Chrome, you'll know your browser isn't updated if you see the Update option at the top right of your browser. If you do, click on Update and choose the option to Relaunch to update your browser.
4/ Try logging in using Incognito mode. This opens a fresh browser without any record or your browsing history, cookies and other site data that could be stopping you from successfully logging in.

5/ Try the Forgot My Password option to reset your password. Once you have done this, repeat Step 4 above.
6/ Check your computer date/time settings to make sure the option is selected to Automatically set the time and date.
