Follow the steps below to create your Query to send New Records from Slate to ARI (Records with a Sport in Slate, but no ARI ID)
► Copy your existing ARI Updated Records Query and name it "Slate to ARI New Records (Records with a Sport with no ARI ID)"
► In the new query, click on Edit Query
► Delete the Check Date Export
► Delete the last 5 filter lines (The opening and closing parentheses, and everything between them):
► Make the following changes in the Filters:
► Click on Edit Web Service, delete <param id="lastupdate" />, and click on the Save button.
► Set up the Web Service
Click on JSON:
Click on Edit Permissions
Click on Add Grantee
Choose User Token
Type ARI into the Name field, check the box for Web Service and click on Save
Click on Close x 2
Click on JSON again
Choose User Token - ARI
Final Step: Copy the URL and send it in an email to support@arirecruiting.com with a message indicating that you have set up the new records query. Then click on Close.
