Here is what shipped in Arist in June 2026. Team Spaces leads three highlights, followed by the everyday improvements that make the admin experience smoother.
1. Highlights
Team Spaces: Larger customers can now split one account into separate teams, switch between them from the sidebar, and keep each team's content and delivery scoped to that team. Managers can also manage their own team's details, teammates, and delivery methods directly, without needing an Org Admin. This gives regional and business-unit separation without standing up separate organizations within Arist.
Direct Word and PDF export: Org Admins can download course content as a Word doc or PDF straight from the platform, so the file is in your hands the moment you ask for it. This unblocks legal and stakeholder review. See Finding and Managing Your Content.
STOP no longer cancels Teams, Slack, or Messenger enrollments: STOP now applies only to SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, where opting out of a number or address is meaningful. On Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Arist Messenger, learners manage individual enrollments without triggering a full opt-out. Worth a heads-up to Org Admins who reference STOP in their messaging. See Using System Keywords.
2. Everyday admin improvements
Translation instructions: Set translation instructions so Arist translates your course content the way you want it to sound. These instructions now apply to images as well as text. See Translating an Existing Course.
Redesigned delivery methods management page: The delivery methods list gives each method an icon, a name, a short description, and an enable/disable toggle in one compact row, so you can see what is enabled at a glance. See Using Delivery Methods.
Separate messenger settings for Teams and Arist Messenger: The three messenger options are now split, so Org Admins can configure Microsoft Teams delivery and Arist Messenger independently rather than through one shared setting.
Delivery schedules scoped to teams: Schedules now belong to the team that owns them, so each team's delivery list stays relevant instead of showing everything across the organization.
Moving a folder to another team now moves its schedules too: When an Org Admin moves a folder of courses to a different team, the delivery schedules attached to those courses move with it, so schedules do not have to be rebuilt by hand.
Content review queue scoped to the current team: The "Waiting for Review" items on the Content page now show only the courses belonging to the team you are working in, so each team's review queue stays relevant.
Delivery methods now manageable at the team level: Managers can enable or disable delivery methods for their own team within the limits the organization has set, so teams can tailor their delivery methods without routing every change through an Org Admin.
