Step 1.

On the left side of the home page, you will see a section labeled Username and Password. From here you can login to the application using existing account information or, if you are a new user, you can create an account. 

If you have an existing account, but can’t remember your login information, follow the Forgot Password link, located on the left of the screen. 

To create a new account, follow the link, "Create an account now", and click Submit. **NOTE** Required fields are indicated with a red star. Please ensure all information is entered correctly. 

The username you select must be unique. If you get a message stating that the username is invalid, you will need to try a different username. 

Passwords follow specific rules to ensure that your application information remains secure. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, must contain at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, and at least 1 number or punctuation mark. Your password cannot contain a dictionary word.

Step 2.
After successfully creating a new account, you will be able to login using the information you provided in Step 1. Login using your username and password.

Step 3.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to another screen that has 3 tabs. These tabs read, Home, Preferences, and My Application. Click on the My Application tab. This will take you to the application process where you can begin to create your application. There are 10 steps to the application.

Step 4.
Once you have completed the application, you can go back to and search for various jobs. You can click on the job title to display more detail. In the column on the right, you will see a link called Apply for Job. You will be asked a series of questions, and then your application will be sent to the agency.
