A: The following rules may be the cause of the payment issue:
The online Inmate Banking application does not allow prepaid credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is $10.00 for inmate trust account
The minimum deposit amount is $25.00 for a Pre-Pay phone account
You cannot make a trust deposit and a phone deposit in the same transaction- you will need to complete 2 different transactions.
No more than $300 can be deposited from a single credit card per day
No more than $300 can be deposited to a single inmate per day

A: Yes, you can make a deposit by calling our automated telephone service at (501) 474-6460 and following the instructions.
Q: Can a service desk representative take my information and make a payment for me?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process your payment for you.
Q: I sent money to an inmate and they said they haven't received it yet.
A: Please allow 2 business days for processing to inmate's account. If 2 days have passed please have the inmate contact their Unit Phone Coordinator for further assistance.

A: No, that information is confidential and not released to anyone other than the inmate.
Q: I have been released and would like to know how I will receive the remaining balance in my trust account?
A: At the time of your release, you should have completed a release disbursement. The check is mailed to the address given.
