Steps for Live Recording
Before You Start
Before recording, make sure your browser has permission to access your microphone. If microphone access is blocked, Arlo won't be able to record audio.
Check that microphone access is enabled for Arlo before recording.
To record audio live in Arlo:
Open Arlo.
Start a new appointment or select an existing one.
Use the Record option to capture audio in real time. During recording, you can Pause, Resume, or Finish the recording as needed.
When you're finished, click Finish to end the recording.

If you prefer to upload a pre-recorded audio file, follow these steps:
Log in using your existing Arlo credentials.
