To connect Arlo to your Cliniko account you'll need to generate an API key in Cliniko and add it to your Arlo settings.
Step 1 — Generate your API key in Cliniko:

Make sure you have permission to create & manage API keys in Cliniko. To do this, your Cliniko admin will need to give you permission in settings -> Users & Practitioners
Click on My Info, scroll all the way to the bottom and click Manage API Keys
Step 2 — Add your API key to Arlo:
Log in to Arlo and go to Settings
Open the Cliniko Settings section
Paste your API key into the API key field
Click Save — Arlo will verify the connection automatically
Once connected, your Cliniko appointments and patient data will start syncing into Arlo.
To confirm the connection, navigate to the Appointments page in Arlo. Once the sync is complete, your Cliniko appointments will be available.
