How do I send my notes from Arlo via email?

You can send your generated notes directly from Arlo via email, making it easy to share Treatment Notes, Letters, and Patient Summaries with patients, referring doctors, or other recipients.

Sending Notes via Email

Open the note you would like to send.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-left corner then select Send Email.

3. Choose who you would like to send the note to:

Patient
Referring doctor
Other

4. Enter or confirm the recipient's email address, then review the note.

You can edit the note content before sending if needed.

5. If you'd like to customize the attached PDF, select the PDF tab. From here,

you can adjust the layout, spacing, margins, color, header, footer, and logo

before sending.

6. Click Send Email.

Your notes can now be shared directly from Arlo via email, making it quick and easy to send clinical documentation to patients, referring practitioners, or other recipients.
