Open User Instructions
Go to Settings and select User Instructions.
Use this section to give Arlo guidance on how you want your notes to be written.
Add your instructions
Enter clear, specific guidance in the AI Instructions field. Use the Questions field where appropriate to describe what you want Arlo to address.
For example:
“Write in concise, professional sentences.”
“Use full words instead of abbreviations.”
“Only include information discussed during the consultation.”
Save your changes
Click Save to apply your instructions.
You can return to this section at any time to edit your preferences.
Review the results
Review your next generated note to see how the instructions affect the output.
If you want a different result, refine your wording and save your changes again. Keep instructions consistent with your selected template.
