Intermittently when creating new devices, sometimes the web display of the device's console will fail to load, and clicking 'connect to display' does not resolve this issue.

The solution would be to open a tab in private browsing mode, which would stop websites from using cookies stored on your computer. Another solution would be to navigate to your browser settings in order to manually clear the cookies.

If clearing your cookies still does not allow you to connect to the web display of the device's console, please raise this issue to AVH support.
