Within each task, you will need to pay close attention to the Deliverables summary. The Status Tracker displays the deliverable Name, Form, and Due Date
The Status Tracker can provide an simple, automated view of deliverables across tasks and entities
Why should I use the Status Tracker?
In Workflow, it can be hard to get a holistic view of deliverables across tasks and entities. The Status Tracker can serve as a valuable tool to support internal and client communications by summarizing required filings, deadlines, and real-time status of your tax projects. It can also be a valuable tool in tracking ad hoc requests with clients (i.e. Notices), and communicating priorities or blockers.
How does data flow from CCH Workflow into the Status Tracker?
Below is a visual representation of how data is pulled into TaxAdvantage from Tasks and Deliverables in CCH Workflow (XCM).

Are all historical tasks and deliverables synced to TaxAdvantage?
Only deliverables with a status of No Info or In Progress are synced to TaxAdvantage. Completed deliverables are not shown in the status tracker. As deliverables and tasks are completed, they drop off the Status Tracker providing clients and tax teams with a continuous look at all open tax projects and deliverables.
What is required in CCH Workflow and TaxAdvantage to power the Status Tracker?
The following must be in place for the Status Tracker to be live and functional:
Active tasks in Workflow (XCM) with incomplete deliverables (No Info or In Progress)
Active client set up on the Armanino Access platform and TaxAdvantage
Defined list of Workflow (XCM) Client/Entity Names to be mapped into TaxAdvantage. Today, this must be communicated to the TaxAdvantage support team (taxadvantagesupport@armanino.com).
Are all task types synced to TaxAdvantage?
No. Only primary income tax task types (ex: 1120, 1065) and associated deliverables are synced to TaxAdvantage. Other tax types (ex: estimates, provisions, ELs) are hidden from clients and excluded in the Status Tracker to improve data accuracy and maintenance, and share the appropriate level of information with clients.
How do I manage the CCH Workflow Client/Entity list that will be included in TaxAdvantage?
Currently, the TaxAdvantage support team (taxadvantagesupport@armanino.com) must configure the specific Workflow (XCM) client entities to map into TaxAdvantage.
How often is the data refreshed in TaxAdvantage?
Currently, TaxAdvantage pulls data hourly from Workflow (XCM) and refreshes the Status Tracker. A Last Updated timestamp above the table indicates when the data was last refreshed.
