In certain cases, your tax team may set up multiple requests lists within a calendar year to keep requests organized. For example:

  • Creating separate request lists for each entity within a parent company or private equity fund

  • Creating an ad hoc request list related to an mid-year client acquisition

  • Breaking out separate request lists for each quarterly tax provision

Switch Between Request Lists

Simply click on each request list name in the left panel to navigate between request lists. You will notice the entire request list refreshes without leaving the page.

Track Request List Progress

Under each request list name is a color coded bar that provides a visual indicator of progress in completing all requests. Hover over the visual to see a detailed breakdown of request counts by status.

Tips:

  • A request list with lots of orange and red indicates a high percentage of the requests are in an Outstanding or Returned status and the Armanino team needs your assistance!

  • Request lists with lots of blue and green mean most requests are fulfilled or completed - you've done your part and the ball is in our court!

  • A fully gray line indicates there are no requests in the request list
