There are two options to successfully fulfill an information request and passing the baton to your Armanino tax team:

  1. Upload File(s): after expanding an information request, you will notice the Upload Files section. At the bottom is a box to upload files via a) drag-and-drop or b) clicking to select files from your Finder or File Explorer. Once you have uploaded files, you will see a progress indicator appear below to provide confirmation files have been uploaded successfully. The request will automatically be uploaded to a Fulfilled status. You may still upload additional files, and all files will remain in a 'Pending Review' state until they are reviewed by your Armanino tax team and accepted or returned.

As Armanino approves or returns files, they will be moved out of the Pending Review list and will be saved to Approved or Returned Files for you to reference. The request status will also be updated accordingly to Complete or Returned.

  2. Mark the Request as Not Applicable: just above the Upload Files section is a 'Mark as Not Applicable' button. If a request does not apply to you or there is no file to share, you can utilize this feature to close a request. The request status will be updated to Not Applicable. We also appreciate you leaving a comment in the request to share any additional details.
