How To: Resolve Returned Requests

How to respond when files and requests have been returned by Armanino

As the Armanino team works through fulfilled requests and reviews your files, there may be instances where documents provided:

  • Have errors (i.e. missing data, different time period than expected, etc.)

  • Are sent in an unusable format (ex: PDF instead of Excel)

  • Are attached to the wrong request

  • Or we messed up! And need a clarification

To resolve these issues efficiently, requests will be marked with a status of Returned. When this occurs, we recommend:

  1. Opening the request to see the specific files that were returned (click on Returned Files in the Upload Files section)

  2. Check Comments & Activity for a detailed explanation of why the request was returned.

  3. Upload the required files with the necessary updates

  4. Add a response in the Comments to let us know what has changed in the latest upload
