As the Armanino team works through fulfilled requests and reviews your files, there may be instances where documents provided:
Have errors (i.e. missing data, different time period than expected, etc.)
Are sent in an unusable format (ex: PDF instead of Excel)
Are attached to the wrong request
Or we messed up! And need a clarification
To resolve these issues efficiently, requests will be marked with a status of Returned. When this occurs, we recommend:
Opening the request to see the specific files that were returned (click on Returned Files in the Upload Files section)
Check Comments & Activity for a detailed explanation of why the request was returned.
Upload the required files with the necessary updates
Add a response in the Comments to let us know what has changed in the latest upload
