Navigation begins at the Dashboard, your central hub for managing client activity and request lists. Once you've selected a client, you can also utilize the headers at the top of the page to switch clients and modules.

Switch Clients

Once inside a client’s workspace, you’ll land in the Information Requests module by default. To switch clients:

  • Click the dropdown next to the client name at the top of the screen

  • Select another client from your My Clients list

  • Use the Open in New Tab option to work across multiple clients simultaneously

Switch Modules

To move between modules, click on the page name dropdown in the headers and choose from: Dashboard, Clients, Status Tracker, Information Requests, Deliverables, or Notices.

OR click the menu icon in the top-left corner and select the desired page within TaxAdvantage. Each module provides a unique view and set of tools tailored to your workflow.
