The Notices module helps you manage tax notices with smart automation and real-time tracking. Upload scanned notices and let our AI extract key data like due dates, amounts, and jurisdictions—saving time and reducing manual entry.
Uploading Notices
Open the Tools dropdown and click Upload Notices
Drag-and-drop or select your PDF files for upload
→ Must be PDF, <25 files per batch, and <10MB per fileAI will process each notice and auto-fill fields like entity, jurisdiction, tax type, amount due, and due date
Watch the processing indicator as files are analyzed and core fields are updated in the table for each notice
Use AI Confidence Score & Summary
AI is not 100% accurate - each notice includes an AI confidence score to help you prioritize which notices to review first
Hover over the AI icon to view a narrative summary of the notice
Editing Notices
Click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the side-by-side viewer
Review the notice document on the left and update fields on the right
Save changes to update the table
