The Notices module gives you a simple, centralized way to share, track, and resolve tax notices with your Armanino team. Upload notices, view key details, and collaborate in one place as notices move from receipt through resolution.

Uploading Notices

Upload tax notices as soon as you receive them so your Armanino team can begin reviewing and responding.

  1. Open the Tools dropdown and select Upload.

  2. Drag-and-drop or select PDF files.

    • PDF only, up to 25 files per batch, <10MB each.

  3. AI automatically extracts key fields (jurisdiction, tax type, amount due, entity, due date) and populates the notices table.

  4. As notices process, status and extracted data update in real time.

Using KPI Filters

Quick filters at the top of the page help you stay on top of important notices:

  • Recently Uploaded — notices added in the last 7 days

  • Due Soon — due within 7 days

  • Past Due — due date has passed

  • Unresolved — not yet marked resolved

  • Resolved — notices that have been completed

Click any KPI to filter the notices table instantly.

Notice Statuses

Notices move through discrete statuses to track progress:

  • New — notice has been newly uploaded

  • In Progress – Armanino — Armanino is actively working the notice

  • In Progress – Client — action or information is needed from you

  • In Progress – Tax Authority — awaiting response from the tax authority

  • Resolved — notice has been completed with a documented outcome

Status changes are logged automatically in the activity feed.
