The Deliverables module allows tax professionals to upload, organize, and share client-facing documents. Files are tagged to specific Tax Projects, Tax Years, and optionally quarters, providing a self-service way for clients to easily find and access documents they need.

Uploading Files

Use the Upload Files side panel on the left to drag and drop documents into Deliverables.

Every file must be tagged with:

  • Tax Project

  • Tax Year

  • Quarter (optional)

These tags are automatically applied and enable the Deliverables table to be grouped and displayed in flexible folder structures for both internal users and clients.

Important Notes:

  • Tax Project selection: Choose an existing Tax Project from the list, or create a new one by typing the project name during upload.

  • Uploading files across multiple projects or years: If you are uploading files across multiple Tax Projects or Tax Years, upload the files in separate batches to ensure correct tagging.

Visibility into Clients Views/Downloads

The Deliverables table includes a Downloaded column that shows whether a file has been downloaded by a client.

  • Hover over the download icon to view:

    • Client username(s)

    • Download timestamp(s)

Note: Client download activity is only tracked for downloads that occur on or after May 1, 2026. Any views or downloads prior to this date are not captured.

Downloading & Deleting Files

  • Use checkboxes to select one or more files

  • Open the Tools dropdown to choose Download or Delete

  • Only Armanino users can upload or delete files; clients can only download
