The Internal Dashboard is the first page you’ll see when logging into TaxAdvantage. It provides a real-time view of your client assignments and helps you prioritize work across engagements.
Use the dashboard to monitor client activity, track document submissions, and quickly identify where your attention is needed.
My Clients Widget
Use the My Clients widget to filter the entire dashboard by a specific client. This allows you to focus your view on one client at a time and drill into their active requests and engagement status.
Select a client from the dropdown to update all widgets on the page
Only clients you’ve assigned yourself to will appear in this list
Information Requests Widget
Track request list progress and identify where to focus your review efforts.
This widget includes three KPIs:
% Complete: Track overall request list status and progress toward completion.
Fulfilled: Prioritize clients who have fulfilled the most requests—it’s time to dig in and review submissions.
Outstanding: See which clients need a nudge. This view highlights where the most requests are still outstanding or have been returned.

Notices Widget
Track notices that require action across your clients:
New: Identify and follow up on new notices uploaded by clients or colleagues. These are notices still in a New status that must be reviewed.
Due Soon: Prioritize notices due within 7 days to ensure deadlines are not missed.
Past Due: Drill into notices that must be addressed immediately (or marked as resolved to clean up the data).
Click on the client name or a specific number to jump directly into the relevant notices.
