Uploading documents to requests is now much faster with AI Bulk Upload feature. Instead of attaching files one request at a time, you can upload up to 50 files at once, and our AI will automatically match them to the correct requests for you. You simply review the results, make any adjustments, and complete the upload.

Successful uploads will appear in the file list.
Failed uploads will display an error message explaining what went wrong.
Duplicate files are automatically flagged so you don’t accidentally upload the same file twice.
When you’re ready, click Start Matching. Please be patient if you have uploaded large files.
Review and Confirm Matches: As the AI processes your files, you’ll see matches appear in real time. You will see processing indicators while the agent runs along with counts in the bottom right. You can leave this page and come back - you do not need to stay on the page for the matching process to complete.
On this page you can review and adjust matches, assign requests for unmatched files, and remove files you no longer want to include.
Every file must be matched before moving forward. A status count in the bottom-right corner helps you track your progress. Once all files are matched, click Complete.
Upload Summary: The final screen gives you a quick recap:

Total requests fulfilled
You can also click Download CSV to export a reference list of all files and their associated requests.
