How To: Generate a Client Email Reminder

Steps to automatically generate a prepopulated Outlook email reminder for client information requests

The Outlook Reminder Email feature gives you a fast way to generate a fully drafted client reminder email with one click. It automatically opens a new Outlook message that includes all outstanding and returned requests, direct links for the client, and all the correct recipients already filled in. You can quickly personalize the message and send it from your own inbox for a more natural client touchpoint.

How to Generate the Reminder Email

  1. Click on the Tools dropdown at the top-right of the request list.

  2. Select “Generate Client Email”

  3. Open the .eml file from your downloads

  4. Review and edit the draft email as needed. The email includes:

    • All outstanding and returned requests

    • Direct links for the client

    • Client contacts in To

    • Your Armanino team in CC

  5. Click Send from your Outlook.
