Clients now have access to an AI-powered bulk upload option when fulfilling information requests. This allows clients to upload up to 50 files at once, and the system will automatically analyze the documents and tag them to the correct request. This provides clients with a much faster workflow and better experience compared to clicking through requests one-by-one to upload documents.
How the Feature Works (What Clients See)
Clients follow a simple three‑step flow:
Upload Files: They drag and drop (or browse for) up to 50 files, including PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and email files.
AI Matching: The agent processes each file and assigns a recommended request match. Files with low confidence matches are left unmatched.
Review & Complete: Clients review all suggested matches, make corrections if needed, and submit. A summary can be exported for a receipt of all uploaded files and fulfilled requests.
Handling Misplaced Client Files (Internal Guidance)
Clients or the AI agent will inevitably attach files to the wrong request. Internal users have two quick ways to correct this:
1. Drag & Drop Between Requests
From the Requests List view, drag a file from one request and drop it onto another.
2. Reassign From the Files View
From the Files tab, reassign to a different request by clicking on the Request Name. This will open a search bar and list of requests to choose from.
Note: Only files in Pending Review can be moved.
