Available Notice Notifications
Notification Name | What it Does |
New Notice Uploaded | Alerts you when a new tax notice is added to TaxAdvantage so it can be reviewed and addressed promptly. |
Notice Due Soon | Reminds you when an unresolved notice is approaching its due date, helping prevent missed response deadlines. |
Notice Resolved | Confirms when a notice has been resolved and provides visibility into the outcome without needing to log in. |
Each notification includes a direct link to the notice in TaxAdvantage.
Notification Delivery Options
You can choose how notifications are delivered:
Real‑time email – Sent immediately when the event occurs
Digest email – Groups multiple notifications into a single summary email
Delivery preferences are managed in Notification Settings.
