This article explains how to use the Tax Status Tracker for on-demand insights into key tax deadlines and activities. The Armanino team manages your compliance requirements, while the Tracker provides real-time visibility into the progress of tax-related projects, activities, and updates for you to stay informed and ahead of schedule.

Tax Tracker KPIs

"Do we have a problem? Are tax deliverables falling behind schedule? Am I at risk of missing deadlines?"

These are the first questions the Tax Tracker answers for you. Two KPIs at the top indicate the number of deliverables considered Overdue or At Risk.

Below are the definitions for Overdue and At Risk status indicators:

KPI

Definition

Overdue

Projects or deliverables that are past the due date and incomplete

At Risk

Projects or deliverables are considered At Risk if:

  • They have not been started and are due within 14 days

  • They are still in progress and due within 3 days

If Overdue and At Risk are both showing '0', everything is on track! Job well done partnering with Armanino and helping us stay ahead of schedule.

Tax Tracker Deliverables

Underneath the KPIs, the table on the Tax Tracker provides details for all outstanding projects and deliverables (NOTE: the table excludes all completed items).

Below are definitions for each field in the deliverables table. Columns can be sorted and filtered to narrow down your view of specific deliverables.
