What are Quarterly Rentals?
Quarterly Rental allows members to keep eligible items for an additional 3 months at a flat $30 per item (paid upfront). This option is designed for seasonal staples and favorites members want to keep in rotation longer — without committing to a full purchase.
How Quarterly Rental Works
Eligibility
Only items currently marked With You are eligible
Members in their first month are not able to opt into Quarterly Rental
Seasonal Capsule items automatically appear in the Quarterly Rental tab and are pre-selected as eligible
Starting a Quarterly Rental
Members can begin a Quarterly Rental at any time once eligible
A $30 upfront fee starts the 3-month rental period
The item moves into the Quarterly Rental tab with the displayed end date
During the 3-Month Rental Period
The item does not count against swaps
Members can continue normal case activity and swaps
20 days before the rental ends, members may extend for another 3 months (when available)
End of the Rental Period
The item moves back to the With You tab
The member must return the item in their next package unless extended or purchased
Pricing & Purchase Options
Quarterly Rental Cost
Each Quarterly Rental costs a one-time $30 fee
This equals $10 per month for three months
Applying Rental Fees Toward Purchase
If the member decides to buy the item, the $30 rental fee is applied toward the purchase price while the item is with the member
If rented for multiple quarters, all rental fees apply
Example: 2 quarters = $60 applied to purchase
Early Returns
Members may return the item early at any time
The $30 fee is non-refundable once paid

Does Quarterly Rental replace regular swaps?
No. Quarterly Rental is an optional add-on. Members can continue swapping new items while keeping favorites longer.
Is there a limit to how many items can be rented quarterly?
There is currently no limit. Members may rent any eligible items when available.
What happens after the 3 months?
Members can:
Return the item
Purchase it using applied rental credits
$30 purchase credit must be used before the item is returned
Extend the rental for another quarter when eligible
