Adding a New Habit

Learn How to set up your habits for better results

STEP 1: In your dashboard, Click “+ Add New” Button and select “Habit”.

STEP 2: When the “Add new habit” section appears on the right side of your dashboard, fill out the required details to add the habit.

STEP 3: Click the toggle button under the Category if you wish to use the category as the subcategory of your habit, otherwise, enter the subcategory on the field.

STEP 4: Enter the name of the habit.

STEP 5: Select the type of habit by clicking on “Build” or “Quit” button.

STEP 6: Choose the habit weight from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest. Note that habits under the same subcategory cannot have similar weights.

STEP 7: Type in the description of the Habit.

STEP 8: Fill out the Frequency and Purpose section of the form. Please note that the fields under this section are optional.

STEP 9: Click the “Add” button to save.

Once saved, the habit will automatically appear on your Dashboard.
