Introduction to Web Forms on Array

Updated over 3 months ago

The Array platform is divided into two interconnected sections:

  • The Admin Dashboard (for creating, managing, and analyzing forms)

  • The Web Form App (for completing and submitting forms)

This article will guide you through the Web Form App, its key features, and how to navigate it effectively.

What is the Web Form App?

The Web Form App is designed primarily for data collection. It allows users to:

  • View assigned forms

  • Submit responses

  • Access previous submissions and starred forms

Unlike the Admin Dashboard, the Web Form App does not allow form creation or editing — making it a focused and streamlined tool for field reps, event staff, or anyone submitting data.

In This Guide, You’ll Learn How To:

  • Access the Web Form App

  • Navigate the dashboard

  • View folders and forms

  • Search and submit forms

  • Star important content

  • Sync live data

  • Manage your profile

  • Ensure browser compatibility

Accessing the Web Form App

After logging into your Array account, you’ll land on the Admin Dashboard. To access the Web Form App:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Select "Web App" from the dropdown menu
