The Information Bar is a powerful and convenient tool in Array that provides instant, actionable information about your folders and forms.

Updated over 3 months ago

With just a glance, you can view details, manage access, toggle visibility, or jump straight into editing. This guide will walk you through the layout and functionality of both Folder and Form Information Bars.

Overview

The Information Bar sits horizontally across each folder or form in your dashboard. It gives you quick access to:

  • Who has access

  • Number of submissions or forms

• Public or team sharing options

  • Folder or form status (on/off)

  • Direct links to edit or manage content

Touchscreen-friendly and intuitive, the Information Bar allows you to interact with folders and forms by simply clicking anywhere along the bar.
