Logging In
To log into the app:
Open the Array App.
Enter the email address and password you used when you were first invited to Array.
Tap Log In.
💡 Tip: If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen by tapping Forgot Password.
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard, where you’ll see all the folders you have access to.
Each folder contains forms you can view or fill out.
☰ Navigating the App
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar menu.
From here, you can:
View starred forms
Switch between open forms
Access your profile
Log out
Manage multiple accounts (tap the three dots next to your profile picture or swipe right)
Managing Your Profile
To manage your profile:
Tap your profile picture in the menu.
You can:
Change your profile picture
Update your password
Filling in a Form
Filling out forms in the app is fast and intuitive:
Tap on a folder to view available forms.
Tap a form to open it.
Complete fields by tapping on each one. Depending on the field type, you can:
Type text
Select options
Draw a signature
Add star ratings
Capture images or videos
When finished, tap Submit or Save (depending on your workflow).
Status Page
The Status page shows important submission and device info:
Number of submitted forms
Number of queued forms (if offline)
Device storage usage
You can access the Status page from the sidebar.
🔄 Tap the sync icon in the top-right corner to manually sync forms when back online.

To get started:
Go to the Apple App Store
Search for "Array – Data Collection"
Download the app (free)
Log in with your credentials

iOS (all major versions)
Android
Web (browser-based via buildarray.com/login)
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if a form was submitted?
A confirmation message will appear when the form is sent.
Go to the Status page to verify how many forms have been submitted.
If offline, forms will show as queued and will submit automatically once you're back online.
What happens when the app is offline?
Forms already downloaded can be filled out as normal.
Submissions will be stored locally on your device until a connection is available.
Storage usage will show in the Status section.
How do I get new or updated forms?
Ensure you are connected to the internet.
Tap the sync button on the Status page or sidebar to pull in changes.
Can I change my password?
Yes. Tap your profile picture in the sidebar and select Change Password.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to buildarray.com/login
Click Forgot Password
Follow the instructions sent to your email.
What devices are compatible?
The Array iOS app is compatible with most Apple devices, including those without cellular capability.
