The Array Android App puts the power of your data collection platform right at your fingertips. Whether you're in the field or at your desk, the app allows you to:
Submit forms
View and manage submissions
Access reports and dashboards
Update your user profile
Manage tasks
Monitor status and sync data in real-time
Logging In
To log in:
Open the Array app on your Android device.
Enter the email and password you used when setting up your Array account.
Tap Log In.
📌 Tip: If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on the dashboard, which displays all of your accessible folders and forms.
Navigation Menu
To open the main menu:
Tap the ☰ (three lines) icon in the top-left corner.
From here, you can access:
Your Profile
Forms
Reports
Starred Forms
Tasks
Status
Log Out
If you belong to multiple Array accounts, tap the three dots next to your profile picture to switch accounts.
Profile Management
To update your profile:
Tap your profile picture in the sidebar.
From here, you can:
Update your profile photo
Change your name or email
Reset your password
Filling in a Form
Accessing and submitting a form is fast and intuitive:
Tap on any form from your dashboard or navigation menu.
Tap any form field to enter data. Relevant input types will appear — such as a keyboard, dropdown, signature pad, or camera.
Once complete, tap Submit.
📌 For star ratings and signatures, use your finger or stylus.
Viewing Reports
If your user role has the appropriate permissions, you’ll see a “Reports” section in the navigation menu. This allows you to access real-time reports on form data submitted by you or your team.

Status Page
The Status Page gives you a live overview of:
Submitted forms
Queued forms (waiting for internet)
Local storage used on your device
📌 If you're offline, submissions are stored locally and sent automatically once you regain a connection.
Important:
If you delete media (e.g. photos, videos) from your device before queued forms have synced, the forms will submit without that media.
Downloading the App
The Array app is available for free on the Google Play Store.
To install:
Open the Play Store on your device.
Search for “Array Mobile Forms”.
Download and install the app.
Log in with your Array credentials.
When you're added as a user, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set your password and download the app.
Using the Web App on Android
You can also use Array via the web browser on your Android device.
To save Array to your home screen:
Open https://buildarray.com/login in your browser.
Tap the More (⋮) menu.
Tap “Add to Home Screen”.
Name it “Array” and tap Add.
You’ll now have quick access to Array, with a native app-like experience — no extra browser tabs or toolbars.
