When you create a free account in the Scan App, you also get access to a free Array account — a powerful platform for building and managing forms.
Your free Array account includes:

Accessing Array Forms in the Scan App
You can link a form to an NFC tag, QR code, or Barcode directly from the Scan App. Here's how:
1. Create a New Scan Trigger
From the Scan App dashboard, choose whether you want to create an NFC tag, QR code, or Barcode. In this example, we'll select an NFC tag.
2. Choose "Array Forms" as Your Action
When prompted to choose what the scan trigger should do, select “Array Forms” from the list of options.
3. Link a Form
You can now:
Name your tag
Search for the form you want to connect
Set the form to Public or Private
Public vs Private Form Access
Public
The form opens in the device’s web browser.
No login is required.
Best for customer-facing or anonymous use cases.
Private
The form opens in the Array Forms App, or in a browser if the app isn’t installed.
Login is required.
Best for internal or secure data capture.
Need the app?
Once you’ve completed setup, click “Done” to save your tag. You’ll find all your saved tags under the “Create” tab in the Scan App.
