Getting Started with the Scan App

The Scan App is a standalone companion to Array, allowing you to scan and create NFC tags, QR codes, and Barcodes — and link them to web pages, phone numbers, or even Array forms.

Create or Log Into Your Account

When you open the Scan App:

  • Tap Create Account Free to sign up

  • Enter your Full Name, Email, and Password

Already have an account?

  • Tap Login

  • Enter your credentials

  • Tap Forgot Password

  • You’ll receive a reset email

    Program an NFC Tag

    To create and program an NFC tag:

    1. Tap Create at the bottom of the home screen

    2. Select the NFC icon at the top

    3. Choose what the tag should do:

      • Open a web link

      • Launch a form

      • Dial a phone number, etc.

    1. Fill in the required info and tap Done

    2. Scan your NFC tag when prompted

    3. The tag is now saved under the NFC tab in Create

    Extras:

    • Tap Order Tags to purchase more

    • Tap Export to download all your tags in a spreadsheet

Create a QR Code

  1. Tap Create

  2. Select the QR Code icon

  3. Choose an action (e.g., open a website or form)

  4. Enter the required details

  5. Tap Done

Your new QR code will be saved under QR in the Create tab. Tap any saved QR code to:

  • View or edit info

  • See the creation location

  • Share the code

Create a Barcode

  1. Tap Create

  2. Select the Barcode icon

  3. Choose the barcode type and input your data

  4. Tap Done

Your barcode will be saved in the Barcode section of the Create tab.

Scan NFC Tags, QR Codes & Barcodes

To scan a tag or code:

  1. Tap the blue Scan button on the home screen

  2. Choose:

    • Scan NFC

    • Scan Code (QR or Barcode)

Once scanned, the linked information will instantly display.

View Your Scan History

See all your past scans in one place:

  1. Tap History in the bottom menu

  2. Switch between tabs: NFC, QR, Barcode

To export your scan history:

  • Tap Export at the top of the History screen to download your data as a spreadsheet

Manage Your Profile

  1. Tap Profile from the bottom menu

  2. Choose:

    • View Profile to update your name, email, phone number, or profile photo

    • Change Password to reset your login password

After editing, tap Save in the top-right corner.
