Customize Your Theme

You’ll find customization options in the panel on the right side of the screen:

  • Upload an image to appear at the top of the form — ideal for a brand banner or company logo.

Background

  • Background Color: Displays if no image is selected.

  • Background Pattern: A tiled image behind your form. Stick to subtle, brand-friendly patterns or leave it empty for transparency when embedding.

Button Styling

  • Background Color: Applies to submit buttons, date pickers, and more.

  • Text Color: Color of text/icons inside buttons.

Text Styles

  • Header Font & Body Font: Choose from a wide range of fonts.

  • Primary Text Color: For field titles and headers.

  • Secondary Text Color: Used for things like sliders or star ratings.

Field Styling

  • Field Background: Color inside each input box.

  • Field Text: Text entered by users.

  • Field Border: Outline of your form fields.

When you're done, click the Publish button at the top to save and apply your theme.
