Why Add a Link to Your Form?
Links can serve a variety of purposes, such as:
Redirecting users to your company website

Connecting users to another form within Array
Offering additional context or help before submission

On the right-hand side, open the Toolbox

All changes are saved when you publish your form again.
Adding a Download Link
While Array doesn't support direct file uploads for downloads, you can still provide downloadable content using external file hosting platforms.
Option 1: Direct Download URL
If you have a public download link (e.g., from your website or a document host), simply:
Add an External Link to your form
Paste the download URL in the Destination URL field
When clicked, users will be taken directly to the document — or the download may start automatically.
Option 2: Use Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
You can upload your files to a cloud platform like:
Google Drive
Dropbox
OneDrive
Then:
Set the file or folder to public or shareable
Copy the public link
Paste it into an External Link element on your form
This is a reliable way to provide users with access to:
Event maps
Product brochures
Instructional guides
Policy documents
Adding Links in Email Copy
Array also allows you to include links in email notifications or follow-up messages sent after a form submission.
Use this to:
Guide users to another step in a workflow
Share documents or further instructions
Link to another form in your campaign
