Edit an existing form

As your needs evolve, you may want to update your forms—whether it’s to collect new data, correct existing information, or improve the user experience.

Locate Your Form (Pro Account)

  1. Log in to your Array account

  2. In the top-right corner, click on the “Tools” dropdown menu

  3. Select “Folders” from the dropdown

  4. Browse or search for the folder where your form is stored

  5. Click anywhere on the information bar of the folder to open it

  6. Inside the folder, you’ll see a list of all related forms

Locate Your Form (Free & Essential Accounts)

If you're using a Free or Essential account:

  1. Log in to your Array Dashboard

  2. You’ll see a list of all your forms and reports on the home screen

No folder navigation needed—everything is accessible from your main dashboard.

Edit Your Form

Free & Essential Accounts

  1. On the dashboard, click anywhere on the form you want to edit

  2. The form will load directly in the Form Builder

Pro Accounts

  1. Navigate to the correct folder and locate your form

  2. Click on the information bar of the form or click the pencil icon to begin editing

  3. The form will open in the Form Builder, where you can:

    • Add, edit, or delete fields

    • Configure logic or payments

    • Update styling and sections

    • Use advanced features like media, subforms, and more

Tip:

  • Changes are saved automatically while editing, but make sure to click “Publish” when you're done so updates are reflected in the live form.
